Be My Amazing Valentine!

 

To spread the Amazing love to every single woman who comes to our site looking for answers during the month of February because:

 

1. She felt flawed until she found her magic in a tube!
2. She never used a foundation that felt so light yet made her skin look so perfect, smooth and flawless.
3. She LOVES the fact that she can wear the very same concealer Drew Barrymore, Hillary Scott and Miranda Lambert wear. 

We are going to give our Amazing community an opportunity to get to know the people that make Amazing tick! I've created the Be My Amazing Valentine profile where each one of us (the ladies behind Amazing) will be featured in a blog. A new bio will be upload everyday leading up to Valentine's Day but we're going to start off this series by featuring the bio of co-founder Lisa Thurman!

Tell me something you love about AmazingCosmetics: How positive people feel about the brand after they get to know it. 

How long have you worked for Amazing? I founded the company in 1999. 

What is your favorite thing to do when you're not working? Spending time with family, travel and sleeping! 

Favorite color? Pink 

Favorite animal? My dog, a soft-coated wheaten terrier. 

Best childhood memory? I have many! One was watching slides from family pictures; my dad would set up the screen and projector and we’d turn off the lights - it all seemed like so much fun looking back on all the things we did together. 

The perfect weekend? In the winter - just staying home and relaxing. Inn the summer - going into Chicago overnight and having a couple of good meals and just taking in such a great city and all it has to offer. 

First spring trend purchase? Nude pumps 

Favorite AC product? The AmazingConcealer! 

If you were a super hero, what would be your super power? If I saw someone being cruel to another person, I’d be able to tap him or her on the shoulder and reverse the gesture to one of kindness. 

Who inspires you? Why? Everyday people who help others for no recognition, just because it’s the right thing to do. Also, Bill and Melinda Gates, Warren Buffet, Samantha Powers, John Prendergast and our President. 

Who's your special valentine? My husband and my two boys.
